Luisa Spagnoli F/W 22-23: a season dedicated to self-discovery

Bearing the signature of Alvaro Beamud Cortes, the Luisa Spagnoli maison’s Fall-Winter 2022-23 campaign is a declaration of love for women from which emerges a decisive and resolute femininity that also speaks through clothes.

Women – Luisa Spagnoli’s models – who look straight into the camera, who make community, who support each other to achieve their goals. A sorority in search of a delicate sensuality through the discovery of self-empowerment. The primary colours play a decisive role in this collection, which plays on cherry red, corn yellow, meadow green, intense cobalt blue, but also purple, while for the evening, total black is proposed in unexpected ways with lurex and sequin details, one-shoulder dresses in silk taffeta worn with flashy gold bracelets, or dresses with deep necklines and intriguing openings in the back.

Then there is the chunky knitwear, whose thick yarns are finely knitted as Made in Italy demands for cardigans, bomber jackets, maxi-scarves and rich in details and jacquards with a folk appeal to break up the plain colours, or the tricot jumpers over midi skirts with colourful ethnic prints and pointed suede boots to represent a seductive, modern, and charm-conscious woman.

And again, the use of fine knitwear, ideal for dresses broken up by large faux crocodile belts, miniskirts, but also capes and cropped blazers in wool cloth. In Luisa Spagnoli’s F/W 22-23 collection, women love ankle-length coats in bold colours as well as thigh-length capes and leather biker jackets, as much as suits with pencil skirts or tailored trousers under micro-jackets with satin lapels. A collection is graceful and seductive to enhance the feminine attitude and respond to women’s desire for confidence.
