Villas, flats, banks, shops, hotels, and gardens with all-round interventions with a strong aesthetic and stylistic impact earned her several covers in the most prestigious furniture and design magazines. Tell us about your latest collaborations…
I am the creative director of the AL division of the Limonta Group, I have designed some textile collections and collaborated with Budri with a collection of my own. I have shaped some furniture collections that have remained my exclusive property and which I market directly. I am also the creator of Scintilla, the world’s first furniture collection entirely covered in crystal.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I see myself where I am now, satisfied with myself and the long road I have travelled. I was born into a family that did everything else and to have achieved today’s goals is a great and fulfilling satisfaction for me. My wish for myself is to have more and more interesting work, for a clientele that is increasingly broader in culture and diversity, and to always be able to renew a style that is never predictable but recognisable.
What is Made in Italy for you?
Italians who live and work abroad are Ambassadors of Italianisms. Of that certain something, made of style and passion, genius, and unruliness that only Italians know how to have. Made in Italy is an unrepeatable way of being that is even more valuable when exported.
