Rome Future Week returns: from September 16 to 22, hundreds of events in the capital will focus on the future and innovation.

Events, conferences, talks, and exhibitions for an audience of all ages, from students to professionals
Rome is preparing to host a grand and lively festival dedicated to innovation, featuring conferences, talks, exhibitions, and workshops. The main theme will be the design of the future, with citizens playing an active role in shaping upcoming changes. Companies, managers, universities, public and private entities, and organizations will be at the heart of hundreds of events scheduled from September 16 to 22 in various locations throughout the capital, exploring how innovation will shape the future of many sectors: from technology to mobility, from the economy to culture, from research to smart cities.

After a first edition of wide scope and great public success, Rome Future Week ®️ returns. The initiative, created by Michele Franzese and SCAI Comunicazione, enjoys the high patronage of the European Parliament and is strongly supported by the Councillor for Productive Activities and Equal Opportunities of Roma Capitale, Monica Lucarelli, with the aim of embedding the word “future” into Rome’s ideal book. Rome, the eternal city with an innate visionary spirit, is a millennial place where the innovation of Rome Future Week ®️ finds its natural home.

RFW seeks once again to highlight Rome’s ability to embrace large-scale initiatives and forward-thinking ideas, offering a kaleidoscope of opportunities, places, and situations. For this reason, the event will take place in various locations across different areas and types of venues, including the Consorzio Elis/Consel, historic buildings such as Palazzo della Cancelleria, Palazzo Braschi, Palazzo Valentini, and Palazzo Poli, as well as modern venues like the Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti at Tiburtina Station and iconic locations such as Cinecittà World, Casale dei Cedrati, Castelletto di Torre Angela, and institutional places like Sapienza and the Europe Experience David Sassoli. Over 250 additional venues will host various events throughout the week.

Among the highlights of Rome’s “futuristic week,” special attention will be given to the world of culture, creativity, and innovation in the service of the community. There will be numerous debates on research, health, well-being, and financial innovation, without forgetting the technologies that are changing our era and whose future impact is still being deciphered: foremost among these is Artificial Intelligence, a topic featured in over 100 events. In just a few months, AI has gone from the desk of visionary managers to the daily operations of companies, public administrations, and institutions, forcing citizens to rethink their daily lives in light of what is now recognized as the fourth industrial revolution.

Naturally, special attention will be given to the public: all events are designed to allow constant interaction between speakers and participants, engaging all generations through different, dynamic, and interactive formats. Events will start in the morning, with several evening sessions scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM.
