TheUnique Magazine is delighted to announce its partnership as a Media Partner for the Roma Jewelry Week (RJW) 2025, the renowned international celebration of contemporary, artisanal, and bespoke jewellery, scheduled for 24 to 26 October at the illustrious Corsie Sistine within the Santo Spirito in Sassia Monumental Complex.
Now in its fifth year, RJW has established itself as a cornerstone for jewellery artistry, masterfully blending tradition, innovation, and cultural reflection in a setting of exceptional historical and artistic significance.The 2025 edition centres on the theme of Gaudium, inspired by the 2025 Jubilee, inviting exploration of a profound, authentic joy rooted in spiritual, social, and cultural values—a beacon of hope in an era marked by uncertainty. The event has already brought a vibrant energy to the Eternal City with a series of preview events. On 19 September, a collaborative exhibition with the PREZIOSARE Business Network, under the patronage of Fedepreziosi Roma, opened at the WeGil cultural space, showcasing works by students, designers, and master jewellers. The display, which concluded on 21 September, marked the beginning of a deeper engagement with Rome’s artisanal community.
The programme continues on 14 October with an illustration contest, organised in collaboration with Temple University Rome, featuring contributions from students, illustrators, graphic artists, and designers, with selected works to be exhibited at the university’s Gallery of Art. On 16 October, WeGil will host a symposium on the state of contemporary jewellery, followed by a vernissage at the Incinque Open Art Monti gallery, spotlighting the winners of the 2024 Incinque Jewels Award: Matteo Vitali, François Santo, and Luigina Rech in the Fine Jewelry category, and Arata Fuchi, Livia D’Agostino, and Anna Paparella in the Experimental Jewelry category.
On 21 October, the Le Sibille atelier in Rome’s Prati district will celebrate its 35th anniversary with an exclusive exhibition. The heart of RJW 2025, however, lies in the grand exhibition at the Corsie Sistine from 24 to 26 October, showcasing entries from the sixth edition of the Incinque Jewels Award and the Jewels for Freedom project, featuring works by artists Elina Chauvet and Alessio Boschi. The event will also include conferences moderated by jewellery expert Laura Astrologo Porché on 25 October and a fashion show by designer Domitilla Funghini, highlighting the interplay between jewellery, art, and fashion.
