This creation captures the essence of an endless summer, where mixology becomes a sensory art form. Built directly in the mixing glass to preserve its balance, the drink centres on the refined structure of Agalìa, a distillate with a crisp, Mediterranean profile, enriched with natural watermelon and melon extracts—emblems of summer flavours—and lifted by the zest of fresh lime. A melon foamer adds a creamy touch without heaviness, while a garnish of dried melon amplifies the fruity notes. Served in a coupe to enhance its aromas, N.1 Eternity is an olfactory and gustatory journey reflecting ÉQUIVOQUE’s pioneering Cocktail Perfume Experience, a world-first concept developed with Maison Fata, where fragrances transform into drinkable profiles. Agalìa, with its notes of candied fruit, citrus, and olive, also lends itself to reimagined classics like the Paloma and Margarita, while shining neat or on the rocks, revealing Sicily’s authentic soul. Its 0.50-litre bottle, adorned with Caltagirone ceramics, pays homage to its homeland.
