On September 5 and 6, Taormina’s Morgana Cocktail Club will host two exclusive evenings with L’Amo Bistrò del Mare, the acclaimed fine dining restaurant from Dubai, launching a gastronomic and cultural collaboration that bridges Sicily and the Emirates. This project, which will continue with a takeover in Dubai from November 6 to 9, celebrates Italian hospitality through a partnership between Bella Repertoire, the group behind Morgana, and Sunset Hospitality Group, which manages L’Amo.
Open to the public from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, the events will transform Morgana into a crossroads of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. Chef Alessandro Salvatico, the face of L’Amo Bistrт del Mare—honored by Gault&Millau and named Best Italian Restaurant at the Time Out Dining Awards 2025—will present dishes like red shrimp cannolo with burrata, Cacio&Pepe biscuit with sea urchin, and lemon and shrimp risotto. These will be paired with Morgana’s cocktails, crafted by bar manager Stefano Giummarra, featuring creations like Stelle su Aielli (herbaceous and floral), Favara Futurista (bitter and complex), and Per Anna (fresh and peaty).

The collaboration will continue in Dubai with Morgana’s takeover at L’Amo Bistrт del Mare from November 6 to 9, featuring a Terrace Bar Takeover and a special Pranzo A L’Amo: Sunday Edition on November 9, bringing Taormina’s vibrant spirit to Dubai Harbour Yacht Club. Located in Taormina’s historic heart, Morgana is a beacon of Sicilian mixology, while L’Amo, with its fresh seafood menu and panoramic views of Dubai Marina, represents Italian excellence abroad. This partnership is a dialogue between two worlds, celebrating taste and hospitality without borders.
