Turin: the Auto Show returns from September 13 to 15, 2024

After five years, the Auto Show returns to Turin. This was announced by Piedmont Regional President Alberto Cirio, Mayor of the City of Turin Stefano Lo Russo, Regional Councillor for Productive Activities Andrea Tronzano, and Municipal Councillor for Major Events, Sports and Tourism Mimmo Carretta, together with Andrea Levy, creator and organizer of Salone Auto Torino 2024. 300 giant lanterns at Cassino’s Fairy Tale Forest

After the great success in Amsterdam, London, Miami, Tokyo, Tallin, Shanghai and New York, “Lanternia,” the International Giant Lantern Festival sponsored by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China – will open its doors on December 8 at the “Fairy Tale Forest” theme park in Cassino (Fr), and will give life until March 10, 2024 to a spectacle never seen before in Italy: an area of 110. 000 sq. m. will host more than 300 giant lanterns from around the world worth 2 million euros, illuminated by more than 2.5 km of LED lights. Italy is European champion of the circular economy

With 83.4 % of waste recycled in 2022, Italy is the European champion of the circular economy and is a good 30 points above the EU average (52.6 %) and well ahead of other large virtuous countries (such as Germany 70 %, France 64.4 %, and Spain 59.4 %). (more…)
